A Plan for Personal Improvement

There are many ways people go about becoming better human beings:

Religious practice: attending church, reading scriptures, praying.

  • Other spiritual practices: meditation, journaling, yoga, self-reflection, etc.
  • Studying self-help books and materials.
  • Seeking help from others: talking to friends, counseling, coaching.
  • Attending lectures, workshops, seminars, etc.

From my experience, all of these are powerful, complimentary and even indispensable methods of personal growth. In general, the more of them you incorporate into your life the more rapid your progress.

I’d encourage you to think about your plan for personal development. What is the foundation? How do other practices fit? How can you be more deliberate about it?

By not leaving your personal growth up to chance, or the mere passage of years, you can greatly accelerate your progress.

"Thank you does not express the emotion I feel when I think of you! You have taught me so much and I live you and thank you for all you have done for me and my family. Thanks for the love and guidance when I thought I was lost. Thanks for validating my feelings and supporting me in my life."
